The challenge with natural ingredients is that they are akin to wildflowers - beautiful and delicate, yet unpredictable. Last year was a journey of reinvention for us. We collaborated with a brilliant chemist to redevelop our salve from the ground up, striving for a formula that was both stable and effective. This process was like starting anew, with countless trials and errors before we found something we were proud to share with you all.

Introducing this new formula to the market was a moment of pride for us, but it was not without its hurdles.
